Together, we want to find new ways of working. Our programme brings together businesspeople, employees and experts to find and implement solutions that work in practice. Our goals:
Knowledge: Expertise and practical support for designing age-diverse working environments and workplaces that suit employees’ different life stages.
Tailor-made vs run-of-the-mill: Tailored solutions that take account of the needs of both your company and your employees.
Tool-Box: Self-application tools that help you to put the measures we recommend into practice after our consulting sessions.
Networking: Networking events to meet other companies in the region.
Who can use it?
Advice for Austrian companies…
All companies based in Austria (with the exception of those located in Burgenland) are eligible to take part in the programme. Depending on your requirements, we can focus on various target groups within your company, e.g. managing directors, HR officers, employees, works council representatives or security staff. The consulting sessions are free of charge thanks to funding from the ESF and the BMA.

Who's behind it?
Implementation and funding of the programme…
The two consulting firms ÖSB Consulting GmbH and Deloitte Consulting GmbH were commissioned to implement the programme. A team of interdisciplinary and renowned demographics experts is available for individual sessions throughout the country. The European Social Fund (ESF) and the Austrian Federal Ministry for Labour (BMA) each fund 50% of the consulting services, which means they are free to the companies that use them.
